April Terri Winchell is an American voice actress, born on January 4, 1960, in New York City, New York. She is the voice of Peg Pete on Goof Troop (co-starring Jim Cummings), Lydia Pearson on Pepper Ann (co-starring Pamela Adlon), and Ms. Finster on Recess (starring Pamela Adlon), all three shows produced by Disney Television Animation.
